Indian Centre For Advancement Of Research And Education established in Haldia under the Societies Registration Act, 1961 — laying the foundation for academic excellence in Eastern India.
HIT Established
West Bengal's first private accredited engineering institution. Initial departments: Chemical Engineering, CSE, and AEIE.
B.Tech ECE Launched
