Fee Payment
Pay the hostel fees through online payment gateway. Keep the transaction receipt for future reference and room allocation.
Room Allotment
Receive room allotment letter via email within 3-5 working days. Room allocation is done on first-come, first-served basis.
Check-In
Report to the hostel office with original documents and allotment letter. Complete check-in formalities and collect room keys.

Entry & Exit Timings
Hostel gates open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Late entry requires prior permission from the warden. Outstation travel must be registered at the office.
Visitors Policy
Visitors are allowed only in designated areas during specified hours (9 AM - 6 PM). Prior registration and valid ID required. Overnight guests not permitted.
Noise Discipline
Maintain silence after 10:00 PM. Use headphones for music/videos. Loud gatherings and parties are strictly prohibited to ensure peaceful environment.
Safety Measures
Smoking, alcohol, and drugs strictly prohibited. Cooking appliances, electric heaters not allowed. Report any safety hazards immediately.
Cleanliness
Keep rooms clean and tidy. Use designated dustbins. Room inspection conducted monthly. Damages will be charged from security deposit.
Respectful Behavior
Treat fellow residents, staff, and property with respect. Ragging strictly prohibited. Follow warden's instructions and institutional policies.
