About the feedback process at HIT

Is my feedback really anonymous?
Yes. Name and roll number fields are completely optional. Submissions without personal information are fully anonymous. No IP address or login tracking is used.
Who reviews the feedback?
All feedback is reviewed by the Academic Council, Dean of Academics, and relevant Department Heads on a monthly basis. Serious concerns are escalated immediately.
How often should I submit feedback?
You can submit feedback at any time. We also conduct formal surveys at the end of each semester for all enrolled students. Your feedback is always welcome.
Can I report a complaint through this form?
For grievances and formal complaints, please use the dedicated Grievance Redressal System. This feedback form is for academic and institutional improvement suggestions.
Will I get a response to my feedback?
If you provide your email address, a member of the relevant department may follow up with you. Anonymous feedback does not receive individual responses but is always acted upon collectively.
